Here’s some more details about the compressor I use with the Copic Airbrush trigger.
I use an Iwata Medea Smart Jet Airbrush compressor, which has 1/8 horsepower, and a working pressure from 1 to 40 PSI. I give some suggestions about how to find the right hose fitting that will screw onto the Copic Airbrush apdapter, and what to check if you hear a hissing sound when you connect your Copic ABS to your air compressor.
Products mentioned in this video:
- Copic Air Adapter (if you already have the trigger grip)
- Copic Air Brush System Kit #3 ABS3 (trigger grip and air can adapter, hooks to your compressor with a hose that usually comes with the compressor)
- Iwata-Medea Studio Series Smart Jet Air Compressor (this is my compressor, the one you see/hear in my videos).
- other Airbrush Compressors that work with the Copic System, choose one with 40-60 psi.
