My First Foray in to Scenic Minatures

brownMini100I’ve long been intrigued by the hand built landscape scenes of model train enthusiasts,  and  charm of those twinkling miniature Christmas villages.   I’ve been tempted to dip my toe into this hobby, but have resisted for fear of becoming obsessed with what looks like an expensive,  time  and space consuming hobby.

When I saw these little paper mache houses at Hobby Lobby, for just $2.99, I could no longer resist the lure of the miniature world.  I just had to go there!  Here is my first small scale miniature house project.   ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK!

How ’bout you? Have attempted a Christmas Village or come up with a neat way to do the roof? Tell us about it in the comments, below! And thanks, again, for watching!
